About RustConverters.net

Hi there! I’m Kurt Gorman and I got into refinishing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in 2008 with my garage workshop. I noticed that my garage workshop had a lot of rust. I found a way to remove it and make money in the process!

I got into refinishing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles, removing rust from metal, grease, and dirt from work surfaces after I completed restoring cars as an automotive hobbyist for years before then. It started with me just messing around with sandpaper on rusty metal plates at home one day when I was bored. They looked so much better afterward that I thought hey this might be worth some money. So I researched how to do it properly online and started advertising myself as someone who removes rust from metal, grease, and dirt from work surfaces.

When I told a friend about this idea, he said that it was probably gonna be illegal and I should stop. But seeing that there were no rules or laws regarding my new business, I decided to give it a shot! It turned out really good because communities love natural materials even if they are damaged and need restoring and people want to see things that are a bit different and interesting, so I did not feel the law against me when starting my business.

So, my main goal at RustConverters.net is to make helpful articles for everyone who wants to get rid of any kind of rust. At home or at the workshop.

We’ve noticed that a lot of the information on rust converting is often confusing and intimidating for new users. Our focus is creating easy-to-follow guides to help you start quickly and encourage you to make things shiny again.
